SERVICE FEES:  Typically custom service fees are charged on a "flat fee" monthly basis with a starting retainer equal to the amount of the first months fees. The amount of the monthly fee will range based on the scope of the service provided; typically from $1,500 to $15,000. If there are special circumstances for a project with a short term then a our standard hourly fee of $150 would apply., and is negotiable depending on the term length and specific client needs.   

CONTRACT and NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: The typical contract for services and a non-disclosure agreement can be downloaded for your review. The portion of the contract indicated as "Schedule 1 (one)" would be modified to meet the scope of the services the customer would like to have performed and their respective fees.
